Service delivery
Nothing is posted to you — AtmaSathi is a service, delivered in your account.
When your plan starts
Immediately. Your connections are added to your account the moment payment is confirmed, usually within seconds. Nothing is shipped and there is no delivery charge.
What you receive
A monthly allowance of connections — the number of members you may approach — for the term of your plan, and the concierge service that goes with it. You can see what you have left at any time under Subscription.
How introductions happen
Your concierge reviews verified members and puts forward the ones worth meeting. When you express interest, the other family is asked. If they agree, contact details are shared and your concierge helps arrange the meeting. How long this takes depends on who is looking — it is matchmaking, not a delivery, and we will not pretend otherwise.
If your plan does not appear
If payment succeeded but your connections have not been added, write to hello@atmasathi.com with the date and amount. We fix it within 48 hours or refund in full.
